Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Parker County, Texas. You will be based at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On a typical shift you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience.
