Materials handling operator • City of Petersburg, Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a materials handling operator in City of Petersburg, Virginia. You will work on a factory shop floor. Your main tasks: • Shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch • Load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers • Stack and de-stack goods in high-bay racking • Sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris • Operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles • Charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely You should have: • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
