You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Day-to-day duties: • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay Full-time, day shift.
