Immediate opening: canteen cook (Nevada)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Lincoln County, Nevada. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
