Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Frederick County, Maryland. The role involves set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts. What we are looking for: • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
