Site safety steward wanted in Gwale

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site safety steward in Gwale, Kano State. You will work on a road and infrastructure project. Day to day you will run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. What we are looking for: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₦80,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
