On the job you will handle: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
