Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gardener in Winkler County, Texas. You will work at a private estate garden. Day to day you will spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Happy to work outdoors in all weather Rotating shifts.
