Now hiring: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Sedgwick County, Kansas. You will be based in a commercial cold storage facility. Requirements: • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms Your main tasks: • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
