Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Borough of Oldham

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Borough of Oldham, England. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
