Great opportunity: machine operator (South Carolina)

Now hiring: we are hiring a machine operator in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. You will be based in a packaging factory. Your main tasks: • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage 1+ years on the tools preferred.
