Sample machinist • Binji, Sokoto State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a sample machinist in Binji, Sokoto State. What we are looking for: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory The role involves keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
