Steel fixing chargehand wanted in Macomb County

Join our team: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Macomb County, Michigan. The job is on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. On the job you will handle: • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level 2+ years on the tools preferred.
