Dish pit attendant • Washington County, Rhode Island

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Washington County, Rhode Island. You will be based at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Your main tasks: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Rotating shifts.
