We are recruiting: we are hiring a marble worker in Manchester, England. You will work on a hotel and villa renovation project. Day-to-day duties: • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps Ideal candidate: • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades Pay around £2,100 per month, based on your experience.
