Gas pipeline fitter wanted in Saint Tammany Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Saint Tammany Parish, Louisiana. Day to day you will complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections. You should have: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Rotating shifts.
