Captain waiter wanted in Hardeman County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Hardeman County, Tennessee. The job is in a café. Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel On a typical shift you will clear and reset tables between covers; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad.
