Hotel front desk supervisor wanted in Ingawa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hotel front desk supervisor in Ingawa, Katsina State. You will be based in a hostel or budget hotel. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling cash, card payments and till reconciliation • Able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays Day-to-day duties: • Take card payments and process pre-authorisations at check-in • Verify ID and payment details against the booking record • Handle same-day, online and phone reservations • Check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS) • Handle lost property, complaints and billing disputes at the desk Full-time with occasional weekends.
