What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Your main tasks: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
