Kitchenhand wanted in Knox County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Knox County, Nebraska. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On a typical shift you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
