Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift technician in Saguache County, Colorado. The job is in a machine room on the rooftop. Requirements: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota You will adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches.
