Aluminium fitter — Ashe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium fitter in Ashe County, North Carolina. You will be based on a residential building site. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes You will load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish; fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware.
