Flatlock machine operator wanted in Santa Clara County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Santa Clara County, California. On a typical shift you will keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges. You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Full-time, day shift.
