Join our team: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Lake County, Tennessee. The role involves: • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
