Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Grant County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Grant County, Minnesota. The job is in a CNC machining unit. On a typical shift you will load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. Ideal candidate: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
