On a typical shift you will write and edit G-code programs at the control; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed. Requirements: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls Part-time with flexible hours.
