Urgent requirement: quality checker (Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a quality checker in Bath County, Virginia. The role involves: • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges 4+ years on the tools preferred.
