Stitching operator • King County, Washington

Now hiring: we are hiring a stitching operator in King County, Washington. On a typical shift you will set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required. You should have: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
