Blocklayer wanted in Nasarawa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a blocklayer in Nasarawa, Nasarawa State. You should have: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets Day-to-day duties: • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel Performance bonus on top of base pay.
