The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Six days a week, one day off. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
