We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Kanawha County, West Virginia. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. Ideal candidate: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Driving licence for travel between sites Day-to-day duties: • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant Six days a week, one day off.
