The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
