Great opportunity: semi-automatic welder (Akwa Ibom State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Oruk Anam, Akwa Ibom State. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. The role involves read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls. You should have: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Six days a week, one day off.
