Vacancy available: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Derry City and Strabane, Northern Ireland. You will be based at a busy restaurant. The role involves: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
