Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches.
