Mall security guard — Yancey County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a mall security guard in Yancey County, North Carolina. The job is at a hotel entrance. The role involves keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area; log every visitor and vehicle in the duty register; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency; man the entry gate and check visitor IDs and gate passes. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • 1-2 years experience as a security guard • Basic reading of English and local language for registers 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
