Now hiring: we are hiring a finishing presser in Brooks County, Georgia. The role involves hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
