Toolroom milling operator — Weston County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Weston County, Wyoming. You will be based at a busy machine shop. The role involves: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance Requirements: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Full-time, day shift.
