Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Day to day you will draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges.
