Urgent requirement: powder coating line operator (Iowa)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Poweshiek County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Rotating shifts.
