Now hiring: precision welder (Mississippi)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a precision welder in Marshall County, Mississippi. You will weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring). Requirements: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Full-time with occasional weekends.
