Immediate opening: lift technician (Vermont)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift technician in Chittenden County, Vermont. The job is on a high-rise construction site. On a typical shift you will set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables. Requirements: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate 4+ years on the tools preferred.
