Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Randolph County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day-to-day duties: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
