Powder coating sprayer — Chaves County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Chaves County, New Mexico. Day to day you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime We offer $210 per day plus benefits.
