Immediate opening: we are hiring a single needle operator in Fulton County, Georgia. You will be based in a textile and apparel unit. The role involves clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet. Ideal candidate: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines 1+ years on the tools preferred.
