Trowel-trade bricklayer — Daviess County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Daviess County, Kentucky. You will be based on a busy housing site. On a typical shift you will forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder. You should have: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $19 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
