Scaffold fitter — Milam County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Milam County, Texas. You will be based on an industrial refinery shutdown. The role involves: • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform What we are looking for: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
