Urgent requirement: bread baker (Wisconsin)

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Douglas County, Wisconsin. You will work at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
