We are recruiting: lift maintenance fitter (Kentucky)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Morgan County, Kentucky. You will work in a residential tower block. On a typical shift you will adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; run load and overload tests with test weights; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts. Ideal candidate: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
