Immediate opening: pastry baker (South Dakota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Lyman County, South Dakota. You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience.
